Terms of Service

1. What MINIESE is

MINIESE turns a printed photo into a living one: you upload a picture and a video, we build an AR experience from them, and anyone who points a phone at your print sees your video play on the paper. You get a link and a QR code to share, and tools to make montage videos from your photos and clips.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email link or a Google account — there is no password to make or lose. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so keep control of your inbox. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age of your country) to use the service.

An account is for one person and stays signed in on one device at a time: signing in somewhere new signs the previous device out. Accounts are not to be shared or resold.

3. Your content stays yours

Photos and videos you upload remain yours. You give us only the licence we need to run the service: to store your files, convert them into the formats phones need, and show them to the people you share your link with. We do not put your content in ads, sell it, train models on it, or show it to anyone who does not have your link. The licence ends when you delete the work.

You must have the right to everything you upload — your own material, or material whose owner has allowed it. Music in your videos is included in that promise.

4. What you may not upload

You may not use MINIESE to store or share:

• any sexual content involving minors — this is reported to the authorities, and material may be preserved for law enforcement;
• intimate images of any person who has not consented to them;
• content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence;
• other people's work without permission;
• malware, scams, or anything unlawful where you or we operate.

5. Reports and takedowns

Every shared experience carries a report link, and reports go to a human. We may take down content that breaks these terms, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do. If your copyrighted work appears here without your permission, email support@miniese.com with the link and proof of ownership and we will act on it.

6. Storage and deletion

Finished works are kept for as long as you keep them — we do not delete your published work for inactivity. Unfinished uploads that never complete are cleaned up automatically. When you delete a work, its files, link, and QR code stop working and the stored copies are removed.

7. Purchases

When physical products (such as printed photos) are offered, prices, shipping, and any return terms are shown at the time of order. Those order-time terms are part of these terms.

8. The service is provided as-is

We work to keep MINIESE fast and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties. AR playback depends on your device's camera and browser, the quality of the print, and the light in the room — we cannot promise it works in every condition. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will show the new version here with a new date. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
