What we collect
- Your email address — it is your sign-in. If you use Google to sign in, we also receive your name and profile picture from Google.
- Your uploads — the photos and videos you turn into experiences, and the montage videos you generate.
- Operational records — your IP address, used to rate-limit abuse (sign-in floods, report spam) and kept with abuse reports; timestamps of when a work was created and last viewed, which is how we know never to clean up a work someone still loves.
- One cookie — a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics cookies, no ad trackers, and no fingerprinting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not train AI models on your content.
- We do not look at your content, except when a report or the law requires a human review.
- Your camera feed during AR playback is processed on your phone and never leaves it.
Where it lives
The service runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, Stream), which stores files and processes video on our behalf. If you sign in with Google, Google processes that sign-in under its own terms. Payment details, when purchases are offered, go directly to the payment provider — we never see card numbers.
How long we keep it
Your works are kept as long as you keep them; deleting a work removes its stored files. Uploads that never finish are cleaned up automatically. Rate-limit counters expire within an hour. If content is taken down in a case with possible legal follow-up, we may preserve it, unreachable to everyone, for up to 90 days before it is destroyed.
Your choices
You can delete any work from My works at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email support@miniese.com from your sign-in address.
Children
MINIESE is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep their data. Content sexualising minors is reported to the authorities.
